when I joined Folio Models in Tokyo, I was issued an official agency organizer, containing a handy calender with tiny lined spaces next to each day.
I think the idea was that models were supposed to fill it up with our job dates so that we would attend our bookings in a Timely and Professional Manner.
Mine of course remained entirely blank, save for a page of sticker photos taken in these funny little booths that I have never seen outside of Japan.
